The room wassuper clean and cozy, with lovely decor. The staff were attentive and ensured I had everything I needed .

Could use more accessible bathroom features.

recently renovated & relaxing hotel, magnificent location close to all amenities, fairly friendly staff. location very close to all restaurants as well as downtown area. a wide range of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The smell in the room is nasty.

Consider asking for a room with better lighting options as there were no bedside lamps.

The venue's position was central. The staff was courteous and extremely great, the room was spacious.

The location was convenient, with various restaurants nearby, and we appreciated the well-kept pool area. The updated bathroom had a great shower, made our morning routines easy. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

My kids wished for more variety in the breakfast options.

The staff was excellent the rooms are nice the air conditioner was cold I would stay there again

Breakfast is just one high table, some coffee and a couple of square meters in front of the reception desk.

The room was neat and mostly clean, a plus. I wasn't impressed by the floors. I walked around and noticed my feet got dirty pretty quickly. The beds were comfy enough, and I liked that the shower had good pressure. There were plenty of outlets to charge devices, and it felt fairly quiet at night. Decent for a night's stay.

Comfortable room, but bathroom could use better cleaning. Nice value and breakfast included.

The only positive things were the price and the parking!

Everything was dirty and shabby. A chair in the room was only for decoration. If you had sat down, it would have broken. The carpeting was not only dirty but also left-over candy remnants to stick to. The bathroom was also dirty, the tub totally worn out and calcified. It wasn't "looking for a needle in a haystack", the dirt was obvious. Faucets rusty. However, the bed was clean and the towels too. Didn't look for it either. Beach chairs and chairs at the pool broken and dirty on top of that. Breakfast so-so, frozen waffles you have to toast, otherwise toast butter, jam, cereals, milk coffee, juice and syrup ... I don't want to say carelessly, rather indifferent. We had booked non-smoking rooms but smelled of smoke

The water for a shower never got hotter than lukewarm. Since it was a chilly day, it would have been super if the water had gotten hotter. We were too tired to change rooms
